Unfortunately, though, as much as I trust politicians, I'm just not sure.
In this Washington Examiner article, Vice President Joe Biden is quoted as saying, "I never had an interest in being a mayor 'cause that's a real job. You
have to produce. That's why I was able to be a senator for 36 years."I'm not trying to slam any particular political party here. There are enough sleazy politicians in every party and in every nation to give any citizen of the world the willies, and I have no desire to get into a flame war with people who have differing political opinions. (Note: I won't publish comments that consist of rants and flames. Let the civilians set an example by being civil even when our politicians won't!)
Unfortunately, voting for me has become a situation where I cast my vote for the lesser of two evils. And there have been times when, to my chagrin, I've discovered that there truly was no "lesser of two evils".
I hope that's not the situation again come our next election.
I agree if true this would be a shame! I'm ashamed to say this is the first election season in my entire life where I'm actually tempted to stay home and not vote.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason Joe Biden has been making one stupid statement after another for years. Maybe if he spent a little more time in the Word of God that hoof-in-mouth disease could be cured.
ReplyDeleteOther than the bill he helped get passed a few years back for victims of domestic violence I have no idea how he got where he is today. Since he became VP the only thing going for him is all the prayers Christians raise up for our leaders.
